Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lame Importing from others. Turbo Tax is great for filing basic Joint Taxes. My only beef is the "Import" of info/tax stmts from other Companies is useless. EVERY form able to be obtained electronically, needed to be "fixed" by me, by looking up the same thing!!! The boxes they ask you to find info for is already there. Import the whole document or skip this option.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Tricky Instructions I'm very disappointed with my experience this year. I used to work for another tax company and preferred turbotax for my personal use. This year it kept saying don't worry you can press the start button but we will let you decide which you want to file. Then I was charged for both returns, state and federal, and I had no desire to file my state return. I ended up paying 4 times the refund amount, which is why I didn't want to file. Really disappointed!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not happy with product this year Had to wait for two weeks for what seemed like a technical issue with the software. Ended up being a round up issue on deductions, I put in specific dollars that ended in .39 cents, software rounded it down on one line (21,706) and up on another (21,707), so I manually changed it to (21,706). and it worked. That looks like a rounding error on your part. When this all started, my options were to wait a few weeks till Turbo fixed it., or print and file manually. I'm not using Turbo Tax to file manually. None of your experts are in a position to help (not their fault).
