Directions were sometimes confusing; Moving back and forth among pages/screens to clarify/correct was taxing (no pun intended). I had to call one your agents for help. She was very helpful and deserves a raise!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very easy to use The help bot was great. Importing my W-2's was easy and appreciated. Turbo tax charges $40 to have their fee deducted from your refund. I must have missed that fine print. Pay their fee with a credit card at time of filing and save yourself $40.
