Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple Fix would help When it comes time to file, you can no longer e-file federal (free) and print a state return to file by mail (e-file costs money). It seems like this would be a common step for cheap folks like me

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The best for user experience, but high prices The questions are worded in a way that makes it easy to understand what your looking for. There were a few that were confusing, such as, the roth IRA contributions that needed to include January 2023 - April 18th 2023. Since it did not state this was for prior year (catch up) contributions it was confusing to add up since it would exceed the $6000 cap. I had issues with the upselling in the product last year. It has gotten better with asking questions in the beginning to make a guess at what it would cost before you spend all the time filling out the information. There is still to much up-selling in the product for my taste and I will likely more to a cheaper product if the competition catches up to the ease of filing, but it is nice to see improvements being made. I also ran across an issue when I had to click through everything I had already filled out, and then I hit the part where everything needed to be reviewed. Maybe a user error on my part but could also have been a bug.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed It’s cheaper and fast. I noticed the timer which help you see how fast and accurate filing can be instead of making appointments or waiting. It’s set at YOUR pace. I love the improvement. Very easy. No more manual inputs.
