Rated 3 out of 5 by from Still after 13 years, video bug not fixed Since 2010 when I started TT it has only ever worked when I disable my second monitor on my Desktop. I have a few desktops since I started, using TT, same Issue. Every year I think MAYBE they fixed it, but every year I am reminded that they didnt. PLEASE FIX THIS. Otherwise, it works fine

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is too expensive The cost continues to go up each year, even for returning customers. It's hard to change services since you already have my information but the cost goes up each year drastically and every little click has additions that cost more (like getting all the way through my state income then telling me it was going to cost more to file together). Also it's not as user friendly as it used to be and can get stuck if you click the wrong thing with no options for help unless you pay more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing TruboTax I have been using turbo tax for personal taxes and company taxes for over 8 years now. Turbotax every year keeps getting easier to use. I will keep filing my personal and company taxes with Turbo tax for years to come.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A little confusing, Overall navigation is simple First time filing single after 17 yrs of marriage. My ex would always do the filing online. To put it simply, I am glad i chose Turbo tax just for the easy guide and navigation through the program. Made each part less stressful. Did not have a live guide, did it solo and very satisfied. Thank you Turbo Tax and its creators!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from very inconvenient I am a student doing a simple return with small income from singing in church. Turbo Tax kept asking me to upgrade and I could not continue without upgrading. I had to get premium to finish
