Rated 2 out of 5 by from One wrong click can cost you money This program is unnecessarily complicated. I don't understand why you have to click click click click through 30 screens every time. Turbotax also does not help you go back when you make that one wrong click. I checked "at risk" to "no" because I didn't know what it meant, and my taxes went up $800. It took an hour to find the box to uncheck it. This is supposed to be easy but it's screen after screen after screen of questions that make no sense. This should actually be way easier and it should stop presenting the same questions 30 times. If you have an HSA you will click through 100 screens.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very user friendly software to use It was good to use but it is expensive, I did the preparation and filling without any help, still charged for live support also the maximize refund also did not increase my refund rather I had to pay back. It is too much money to just use the software to fill tax return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is amazingly easy to understand and use. I CAN'T PRAISE TURBO TAX ENOUGH. It is easy to use and easy to understand. It provides on-line contacts with tax pros and also on-line reference material that gives even a novice a quick and easy resource to guide one through the process without having to struggle finding the right info in the IRS Code, which is a nightmare.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy to use Turbo tax is extremely easy to use. I never would even consider doing my own taxes before using turbo tax. It walks you through every step and will not proceed unless everything is right. I have always had questions just to double check and the live chat and phone calls have been extremely helpful. They make sure you understand! I always get the max benefits for audit representation and identity theft protection. Its not that much more and the peace of mind is completely worth every penny.
