Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the Best! Turbo Tax continues to be a great experience, but I would like to see my refund amount visible at the top of the page as I go through each step. I believe this existed before.

Charged each year a premium to include state returns but my state does not have an income tax. Tennesse does however have what they call a HALL (dividends and interest) and this program is no help in completing those forms.

While working through my data the site only offers "Premier Live" which is an additional $100. Your website does not explain how to remove "Live" and gives you the impression if you downgrade you will lose the Premier functionality. I found that downgrading does not actually make you lose Premier functions, but you did not explain that during the review. Everyone should know that disputing the cost may offer you a filing discount as well, just for offering your comments.
