In particular, Melanie was pleasant and showed an exceptional knowledge of the TurboTax system in researching my problem. Even after my system crashed she notified me of options to address my situation. I was then able to proceed and complete my return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service! I had a great experience with this product. It is very easy to navigate it and makes the filing process accurate and quick especially due to the automatic file extractions of W-2 forms and others, plus file uploads of other needed documents.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is pretty good Good experience overall. however it would be good to navigate directly to portions of the return without continuously clicking on the next button. I would also prefer a better details on the standard vs itemized deductions (to make a quicker decision). Finally, i was disappointed to find out that paying the filing fees with the refund cost $39! I will know next time for sure...
