Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unexplained fees I was unable to file for free like I always do, I was forced to pay an additional 89 dollars for "TurboTax Premium" because there was no free option for me. I don't know why I was forced to pay this as the free option has always been available to me. On top of this, I was never told why I was unable to file freely. Very frustrating because I barely made enough money to get by last year. Even more, because I was forced to pay this fee, and I can't cover the charge with my card, I also have to pay the 39 dollars to let them take the money out of my return, and then another 39 dollars to file state, again, something I was never forced to do before. After all these fees I am getting less than half of my actual return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Using TurboTax is easy and cost-effective! I have used TurboTax for seven consecutive years. I had used it previously, used another software for a a few years, then switched back to TurboTax. Customer support is very good and the process of data entry is excellent.
