Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is really good, but can be confusing... Used Turbo Tax for 2 years now. Does a pretty good job. However, it can DEFINITELY be confusing to amatures. Definitely could be a little more user friendly. But for those who only will be using TurboTax for a Standard deduction... It fits the bill!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Have used TT for years - this year was awkward Clumsier to use this year - the app went back to main page instead of walking through each option so it took awhile for me to be comfortable that I hadn't missed anything. I just found it harder to navigate this year but the help features were good, as usual and I was able to get it done. On the review, I had several items to fix but instead of showing me where I had missed them it just brought up the form and I had to decipher which item the overlooked box went to. Also, I miss the end feature where it compared your returns to similar other returns. It has been more user friendly previously.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Year after year of utter frustration Every year I use Turbo Tax, and every year I get to the end an am not allowed to pay for turbo tax because of some glitch where my addresses don’t match. Last year I gave up trying to figure it out and had to switch products entirely. Should have started somewhere that wasn’t turbo tax this year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Misleading state filing costs Main program was easy to use. However.... I've been shown 3 different costs to file my state return. Costco site showed $18 add-on to file one state (before a $10credit) so it would have cost an extra $8. After purchasing Turbotax, one part of the program shows $25 add-on. When I clicked on that button, it changes the cost to $45 (before the Costco $10credit). Rather annoying to show three different costs and to cause the Costco credit to be wasted.
