Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just Amazing! This was my first time filing with Turbo Tax after I started my small business and it was so so incredibly easy and FAST! I will, without a single doubt, use them in the future for all Tax needs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from SETUP SUCKS! When trying to download software on additional device, instructions are not clear at all as to how to go about when using different accounts. There should be something included on this, as it's not the most obvious process and it wasted a LOT of my time, not to mention the frustration of figuring it out.

This year (2023), however, the service is charging quite an exorbitant amount and forces you to upgrade. That plus the mostly poor expert service I've received (that I was forced to upgrade to because they locked customers out from selecting the regular services) this year has me extremely disappointed! I've been a customer for the past 5 years but don't believe I'll be using TurboTax anymore for future returns due to the price and multiple additional filing fees not charged in prior years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I have been using TurboTax every year for many years now and it's always been an easy way to do taxes myself. Everything is clearly laid out for you and easy to understand with a lot of great help along the way if needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good EZ tax filing SW Had some difficulty with the SW on my MAC desk top computer. Came very close to loosing about 3 hours of my effort. Still resulted in a happy ending. Still think Turbo Tax is a great product. Don't think I could make it through tax time without them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Good Overall good product and works well for my situation. My needs are not that complicated. However, when you make charity entries when you finish the individual charity and go back to the main charity page it is no longer in alphabetical order. You click the top to put the list back in alphabetical order but, again, after the next entry it goes back to some random order. I have noted this every year. Annoying.
