Rated 4 out of 5 by from Tax info was easy to follow In the beginning it was difficult because I purchased prepaid and I could not locate where to enter code. instructions not clear. Also at the end ven though I prepaid I had to pay and additional amount this was not clear in the beginning.

It just felt really disheartening to see how much I could have received and then realize that it was being taken away just like that. I know it should cost money, but perhaps a more flat rate would feel better than the "tack it on" method :(
