Rated 5 out of 5 by from Efficient and Easy Intuit Turbo Tax is both time-efficient and easy to understand even for someone like me who isn't very well-versed in conducting their own taxes without a bit of help, and after using this service, it's also educated me more on the in's and out's of how to file my Tax Returns on an annual basis.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Amazing!!! I have absolutely loved this program. It answered all my questions and is so helpful when it comes to understanding the hard/complicated stuff. I have several businesses and TT helps me maximize my deductions while understanding how to think of the future! The best part is if I get stumped or frustrated... I can have a pro take over with the click of a button! Thank you Turbo Tax! You have made tax time fun again!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Remembering Why I Switched Should have stuck with FreeTaxUSA like I did last year. TurboTax never lets me view my credit score or download my return. There is always a problem, every single time with verifying my identity. Plus, it's just too expensive for what I need. I was going to give it 1 star but John helped me figure out a problem TurboTax was having. John was great. He is very kind and engaging. You can tell he's on your team. The software, however, is not. I'm sticking with FreeTaxUSA.
