Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible and Incompetent Tried to use TurboTax free for my minor daughter's simple return. It kept giving us an error message stating that we needed to upgrade. This is a blatant lie as all my daughter has is one W-2 and no special circumstances. Then I paid to use TurboTax for my own return. It was rejected by both Federal and State for an incorrect AGI from my previous year's return. I just checked the IRS website and my previous year's return has been process and the AGI was correct as entered. This will absolutely be my last year using TurboTax.
