Rated 4 out of 5 by from Could not file electronically: Disappointing Preparation was fine. When time came to file - I tried 3 times. I got error that internet connection to Turbo Tax website did not happen. error -2. I had to send by US mail. I should get refund.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product Easy to use Easy product to use and gets better every year. The hardest thing is finding your AGI from the previous year if you file taxes by paper. But it's stored in history with Turbo Tax making it easy to find.

It is user friendly and makes it easy to do your taxes. I stopped paying over $500 each year to file our taxes and started using Turbo Tax. I've used Turbo Tax since 2014 and haven't looked back. I save so much money. Thanks TurboTax!
