Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax still my go to but was annoying this yea I've been a TT user for many years. MANY. YEARS. This was the first time I have ever experienced a high degree of frustration. HIGH. DEGREE. I made six calls to Tech Support. SIX. It was surrounding technical issues. Call number 6, with Etha, was the Cash and Prizes winner and I was able to finish what I started. I will still use TT, but one more year like this one may have me rethinking. I still do not have a good answer as to the source of my problems, which is concerning for a repeat next year. Pretty sure it was a software glitch. Hope someone takes this review to hear. It would have been 5 stars, but for the level of frustration. You folks must do better next year.

The cost if way to much, If I had not been so busy I would have stop and done them another way, 178 for my states and me doing all the work is way to much.
