Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Needed Help--and Marcy Provided It 1. Turbotax did a great job of downloading/populating brokerage statements--a big relief. 2. Several items brought forward from last year caused confusion. A call to Turbotax--agent Marcy--did a great job of unraveling the problem. She spent an hour with me and wasn't satisfied until the returns were reviewed cleanly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from On line TurboTax Overall the product is ok, but I ran into a bug that could not be corrected by support. Massachusetts State teachers Retirement is not taxed by Massachusetts. Although the work flow provides for that case, I was not able to file Mass tax electronically. I spent 45 minutes with Skylar, one of your tech support personnel and he filed a bug on behalf of my case. We could not find a work around, therefore I filed Massachusetts tax by mail. Another point is that I would like to have an easier way to view the actual tax forms. The only way I found was to go to the print screen. In the past I used the downloaded TurboTax and was able to go to the forms view.
