Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Worst TurboTax I've used for 10+ years The very basic functionality of importing data from last year failed to copy several user's data. These personal/historical data need to be re-typed! As a software pro for several decades, I would never release software of this quality. Definitely no excuse during pandemic!

I was initially overpaying my federal and state taxes by quite a bit when I tried to file my own return, and he and his team helped find where I had missed important information and walked me through each part of the filing process. Overall a great experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Its alright. I've used turbo tax for the past 3 years now. So far it has been a good service. But for some reason, my 2020 tax year, I was required to pay a 60 dollar filing fee where I wasn't required to before. Plus charging an extra 40 dollar to take it out of my federal return was atrocious. So I decided to pay for it now instead of later. It was quite annoying.
