Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disappointed this year every time i needed additional help, there was no content displayed, just asked "was this helpful". I did not like the fact that I had no choice but to use your 3rd party processing bank. The disclaimer said i was not required to use it, but there was no way for me to indicate that I did not want that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Review My only complaint is that I am unable to change the type of TurboTax used. For example, I could have used the lowest price. Instead, TurboTax takes me directly to Premium. It is overcharging. Also Turbo Tax said it did not do last year's taxes and I have the paperwork that says it was filed with TurboTax.
