Rated 1 out of 5 by from Obtuse poorly conceived HATED IT! Last year's model much better too reliant on digital connections why can't I manually enter info I already have? Fidelity was unreachable most of the day. Vanguard completely unresponsive. I am self employed doing business with one payer not ever clear which aspect of my tax finances I was addressing when making choices.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hate the way it promotes Max benifits so much It promotes it so much that I accidentally accepted it and didn't want it. Then it took a long time to figure out how to turn it off. I feel like it's too expensive to file even without the Max benifits option too. This took me almost 4 hours to complete and I still have to pay 119 dollars. Thats ridiculous but I have no other option because we waited to the last minute. Next year I'm finding a different way to do this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Experience....Never again I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade. NEVER AGAIN. Went to talk to a pro. Got an Indian man who could not speak English clearly. When we couldn't get the live screen to work he just hung up on me. He had my number...didn't call back..so irritated! I want my money back Turbo Tax.
