Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than using PWC I returned to TurboTax in the 2018 tax year after having my returns prepared by PWC for 6 years. My ability to input information and download forms into the tool is *way easier* in TurboTax than it was with PWC. My only challenge this year was with importing my investment information from Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. TurboTax's handling of cost basis is still clunky and I had to go back and do a lot of manual calculations on my own.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Price continues to increase and quality decreases Constantly receive incentives, discount codes and reminders to use turbo tax but the price seems to continue upward with the quality of content dropping. Had to wait over a month for new forms to be added. Likely the last year for this.
