Rated 3 out of 5 by from not as good an experience as in prior years I was disappointed because I ordered Turbotax early (2/16/2023, order No. QSTCD232368628 pd by Mastercard) but was unable to download it after several tries. I ended up using this version which was different that I am used to and it did not have my prior year's information. I have filed for a refund for the above order. I missed some interest income on this one that I ultimately used, but fortunately noticed it and added it before I filed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Improve state product - was lacking Was very disappointed with the state software. Iowa allows E-filing but Turbo would not E-file; had to send in paper copy. Also the preparation of the state return was not very organized by Turbo. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pain in the rear to use Would not let me see the tax form before I filed it. Popped up a view window that never came back. Tax return got rejected twice because of no ID- pin. Never had a place to enter ID PIN. Unsure of where it got some numbers on some forms. Needed an extra form and no guidance on how to fill it out.
