Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes Made Simple I have been using TurboTax for many years now. They make filing your Federal and State taxes easy. All you do is follow the prompts and select the answer to the prompts, entering the data when required. Easy and simple.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I thought my filing would be free as I am retired on social security. I did not realize they would charge me until I had completed my return and I could not file without payment. My CPA would have charged me less and I will go back and use my CPA next yearl

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not as good an experience as in prior years I was disappointed because I ordered Turbotax early (2/16/2023, order No. QSTCD232368628 pd by Mastercard) but was unable to download it after several tries. I ended up using this version which was different that I am used to and it did not have my prior year's information. I have filed for a refund for the above order. I missed some interest income on this one that I ultimately used, but fortunately noticed it and added it before I filed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Improve state product - was lacking Was very disappointed with the state software. Iowa allows E-filing but Turbo would not E-file; had to send in paper copy. Also the preparation of the state return was not very organized by Turbo. Very disappointed.
