Very willing and helpful to step me through my processing errors, answer my questions, not rushing through any of it, and patient, gracious, and very professional. Would recommend this "taxing duty" to be handled by TurboTax hands down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy To Follow I've used TurboTax for about 10 years now. I'm a homeowner, married with children, and a rental property. I've never had any issues with it. I decided to change to it after the tax preparer I had been using before charged too much I felt one time. So, I decided to give TurboTax a try. I've been happy with it. Using it feels intuitive. The help links you can click on as you work on it are very useful. You just need to have your documentation ready to go so you can fill in the boxes. If you have that, it's a breeze. And if you're not sure, the program helps to guide you.

The help section needs work and instructions such as "jump to the form" are not available. There should be more thorough help guidance. You should also be able to manually add forms, I did not see that feature.
