Rated 3 out of 5 by from The lack of help slowed me down this year Turbo tax works well in general, but I had an issue that I think the software should figure out but does not. I live in a foreign country where my social security income is not taxable but it was a GRIND to find how to note this in Turbo tax. Took me more than an hour and google was more help than the help in TT.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not happy with the e-file I could not e-file because of the 8962 form IRS recommended that I include with the e-file and it would go through. went through 3 CSR's and still did not work so the last CSR told me file it by mail.
