Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decades long Turbo Tax user - good but not perfect When I am done with my final revies, every year I feel this sense of annoyance - I worked so hard to pull together the information and make sure it is accurate and then there is no sense of accomplishment. From the time you ask for line 11 of the prior years return (a number this year you finally prefilled) until I file - the steps are filled with you asking me annoying questions I do not know the answers to and frankly do not want to know. Why do you always grab the sense of accomplishment - I finished a refund that took months, I composed up to 100 pages of tax documents - and replace it with endless annoying questions and wanting to sell me stuff I do not need and already told you I do not need? Am I the only one who thinks my only mistake was I should just print the forms and mail them? You can do better Turbo...

Rated 2 out of 5 by from If you charge for help, have your product work You still haven't fixed the glitches in the Foreign Tax Credit process. Very frustrating. Charging a fee for a flawed product is irresponsible. I'll be looking to HR Block next year.
