Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problem e-filing New York State I've purchased TurboTax cds yearly for more years than I can count. I purchased 2020TurboTax Deluxe with state CD version. When efiling, I rcvd error for NY state efile, so I ckd box to only efile fed now and will efile state later. When I attempted to efile NY state later, Turbotax doesn't allow it without also selecting federal efile. This makes no sense since earlier I was given the option of efiling NY state later and now I find out fed and state MUST be efiled at the same time. Please fix by this weekend or you'll lose a very loyal customer. I paid for a product that should work, not a broken one!
