That’s usually my gripe with a company is when they don’t give me enough details and TT has been pretty helpful while also growing in being able to reach out in more ways such as text, call, or even video chat help. AND. Any fees are taken out of the refund if you want, so it doesn’t make the number in your bank account change, that makes my brain comfy. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, have used for over a decade... I've always loved this software for doing my taxes, but it really shined when I misfiled and had to amend my return. I was dreading the process because I read on the support forums that it had to be printed out and snail-mailed and could take 4-6 months, but everything was done digitally and very quickly through e-filing. What a joy! Thank you Intuit!
