Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is getting more and more difficult! I had to gerrymander my way through to avoid a huge state tax bill on income (teachers' retirement) that is TAX FREE! I also could not -- and still CAN NOT -- figure out how to print out my return. It says there is a menu on the left that says print center. IT IS NOT THERE! I cannot download and print my return. It's just a lot more difficult than it used to be. 10 years ago, Turbo Tax was so easy to use. I don't know why it is so, so much harder now!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great but way too expensive I think the navigation is great, very user friendly, but it is way way too much for what is offered. I put everything in myself and it's just a crime with charging $119 to just submit. I will most likely not use this next year due to the pricing if it continues to climb.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Satisfied They rally do make it easy to do your taxes yourself but what I don't understand is why we had to pay $222 when we did it all ourselves. It is what it is but we thought that was a lot of money.
