Rated 2 out of 5 by from Is this a scam? Slow and doesn't help explain the more complicated stuff -- also, lots of hidden surcharges and necessary upgrades after you've already filled some stuff out in order to hook you with sunk cost bias. Scammy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is Easy & Fast As with the last 10 years or so I have used Turbo Tax. I go through each item to ensure I have not missed anything. I used the help buttons often during our stocks and bonds 1099. I will continue with your products in the future and would recommend it to others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! Most anyone can use Been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years. It gets easier each year. I have a small business and the last time I paid a tax accountant, it was somewhere north of $800. Did the same thing myself for $178. It's easier to save that money than to go out and make it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too Expensive I think Turbo Tax has gotten too expensive. It's especially frustrating to start with one price and then find the price keeps increasing due to a small capital gain or other item that has no impact on Turbo Tax's cost to supply the product.
