Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is on point and worth the effort Turbo tax was a learning experience, I enjoyed working with the staff and able to file my own taxes, The customer service wad outstanding and willing to accent in any help I needed. Turbo tax will diffidently be the way I continue to file ,u taxes in the coming years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Submitted returns, returns weren't filed. I've been using TurboTax to file my taxes for many years. This year, I filed, and after going through all the steps through the animation where it shows you 'e-filing', for some reason my returns didn't actually get filed. I checked my bank account, wondering why funds were not withdrawn, and then checked TurboTax to see they were not filed and they've pushed me back to Step 2 where you have to fill out your bank info. All my info was prefilled, as I had just done this last week, but when calling them about it they see no 'glitches' and have nothing to offer me in terms of a refund - I just get a 5% late fee! What joy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax got it done! I had lost tax info, a 1099, and Ana walked me right thru getting everything done. I have been very stressed but Ana's calm demeanor and patient instructions helped me get things done.
