Rated 2 out of 5 by from A bit disappointed I have used Turbo Tax for many years and it used to be free to print a State Return. They now charge you for it. I spent quite a bit of time this year filling out my returns only to find out that it costs $50 at the end + I still have to mail it in. I'll look for something else next year.

It's the first time I caught a snag and needed assistance preparing them. Sabrina was the TurboTax representative that helped me prepare them. It may have taken hours, but her kind attitude, perseverance, and patience are unmatched. I feel very fortunate she was there to help me throughout the tax preparation process!
