Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Luis is very good at what He does. He knows what He is doing and has great communication skills and has great qualities as a human being. He made explained everything and made Me feel comfortable. He is the most knowledgeable C.P.A. I have talked with. He put all competition in the rear view mirror. I told Him if He ran for President? I would vote for Him

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs to improve internal communication My case was transfered between 3 agents. The first agent canceled my case and communicated no reason to me. When I called in after seeing a message that my case was canceled, no service agent could explain why. So I had to reopen my case and had a new agent. For the second agent I had to wait about 2 weeks before she started my case. A few days in she transfered my case to the 3rd agent. The third agent, John, was fantastic. He helped me the whole way through. Overall I thought this would be 10x easier than doing taxes on my own, but it really wasn't. I think next time I will go to a regular accountant to do my taxes.
