Even when I thought I had not received my tax reimbursement they were kind and patient enough to explain and graceful to avoid making me feel embarrassed as it had been my mistake, Even the CEO on Twitter is super responsive........ Great Company

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another year down I love turbo its fast and simple and they really walk you through everything. Someone always is there to help if needed, it is an up charge but not what I used to pay at H&R

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wasted time and won't use again I've used TurboTax for several years when my return was very simple and did not have any issues. This year, I had a few situations that were different so I opted to pay more to have the Live help. I was in a constant loop between their "product specialists" and actual CPAs. Neither were ever helpful, didn't know what to do to help me, and kept transferring me to someone else who would have no idea what was going on. After spending over 3 hours on the phone talking and being on hold, I wasn't even able to file my state return and now have to go do that elsewhere. If you have a basic return, Turbotax is great. Anything beyond that, don't waste your time with their "Live" help.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs improvement 1. Stop promoting other products 2. Provide an option to just do the basics, upload all docs electronically and file 3. Remove the unnecessary check for call options where the acquire date (buy to close) can be later than the initial sell to open. 4. If you already know the income (AGI) exceeds the limits, skip all the ineligible deduction checks
