Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's ok Software is great in some aspects, clunky in others. If you need help with it, you have to pay a lot extra for it. Also seems Iike it's lacking in the ability to identify tax breaks. I'm paying wayyy too much for what I make. Yet, it seems simpler just to pay it at this point and move on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Rip Off Pricing I did not use the 'Live' chat nor did I chat with anybody so why am I paying so much to complete and submit my taxes. This feels like a rip off. The small amount of refund I was supposed to receive is going to pay for using this service. Next year I will NOT use this Turbo Tax and will write and mail my taxes for free.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great and so are the support staff The online TurboTax Home and Business is very good and easy to use. I filed late and the system was glitchy. When you have a problem, which all technology has at times, TurboTax Representatives are always very helpful and friendly. I had a technical problem and Ms. Cassandra was more than helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the easy call to a well-informed representative.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Easy TurboTax has made it so easy to do our taxes. I use the free file program. My son's taxes are a little more complicated which I use the premium version because he has alot of deductions. I love how TurboTax walked me through everything step-by-step and even made suggestions for other deductions I wouldn't have even thought about. Thank you TurboTax for helping him actually get a refund this year instead of paying.
