Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very intuitive and error proofing I had used TurboTax years ago when my taxes were very simple when I was an early career professional, having just graduated from grad school. I then felt more intimidated with the amount of details as i progressed in my career and started using an accountant. This year, I decided to give a try again and to my surprise, TurboTax remained as friendly and error proofing as it was back in the day. I felt that i could continue to trust it no matter in what stage of my life I am.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Harder this year This year was harder I wasn’t sure how to fill everything out I had extra forms. I used FMLA last year and for some reason I had a lot of trouble with the insurance which has never happened before. I figured it out but it took forever because I was waiting for my insurance company to resend my tax form (which they still have yet to do) and then nothing was clickable in the insurance section. Nightmare!

Only 1 state return filing included and another charge to electronically send it. Otherwise great value. Search bar was great for questions about investments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use Most tax-sites tend to be confusing and hard to use or they make you answer the same 10 questions, but this site hadn't done that to me, easy to use and simple as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enjoyed using for six years It's time consuming but Turbotax leads you through it one step at a time. Great that you can stop and resume work so that pace yourself. JUST don't wait until the last minute to file. There are going to be some minor frustrations along the way, but the fault lies not with Turbotax.
