Rated 3 out of 5 by from SURPRISE NOT A BAD EXPERIENCE Well, you offer FREE, but the it cost $59 plus another $59 for the state. However, it is done and I will try another service next time that is truly FREE. as a student and only working seasonal part time I thought FREE meant at no cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax - reliable I've used TurboTax for 35 years without any problems. It does require you to be cognizant of potential errors and it is sometimes difficult to fix the errors (finding where the incorrect entry was input). If you're organized, it works well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Q&A Input Does not work well if facts are complex. The Q&A input system works well for basic situations. If you have some complexity, for example if you work and reside in different states or you have a vacation property that you rent out for par of the season (within statutory limits), the Q&A input often needs some manipulation to get the right entries on to the return. To avoid errors, you have to review the forms carefully whenever the facts are not 'plain vanilla.' This could easily be improved if the folks designing the Q&A would work with at Tax CPA to develop sub-routines that properly elicit the important numbers and facts in more complicated situations.
