Also, that there are help buttons all throughout the process that ACTUALLY help and know what the issue is you are having. My favorite part of all are the cute comments that are added in. It makes it feel personal and not like you are doing your taxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is perfect for me Turbo Tax is so user-friendly! We've been using it for years. I love that it imports all of our information from year to year! It is also very "patient." When I don't know what something means, there is always a friendly little blue question mark to click that gives me all the info I need.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It was awesome when it was free. I'm dissappointed in the fact that I had to pay to file my taxes. It used to be free which is why I used turbo tax. Not only that but it gave me the option to pay with my refund and at the end it said I would be charged for that, which I think is silly.
