Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great User Experience There must be some great Product Managers at Turbo Tax, because their user experience is excellent, and the LIVE assistance feature is worth the extra few dollars for any questions that crop up (love having that extra security). You might not need it if you don't run into any questions but definitely add it if you get stuck. At this point I simply opt into it each year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy process Turbo tax really does direct you through a complex process with simple steps. The only recommendation I have is to have all your info together and calculate things like medical expenses, charitable contributions, taxes before you start.
