Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long time User I have used Turbotax for years now and find it helpful but there are some things about it that are annoying and have stumped me in the past. When there is a review and one needs to fill in an incomplete box there is no link to where that is and OFTEN I cannot figure it out. I have had to print it out and mail. In the "old days" I could go to the form and see where it was but I assume there were people taking advantage of it. Also, When I had an question from the IRS I cannot find where the form is to fix what they asked for. I was sure I had included the information from my wife's SS checks but I could not get to it to prove it to the IRS -- It was not on the 1040 where I expected it. I think I lost >$1500 on that one.
