I ran into some extreme complications and, even with the BASIC package, the 'experts' helped out IMMEDIATELY ...and I'm talking at 11:30pm in the middle of the night! They took time to explain everything and how to avoid mishaps in the future. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh Not thrilled with Turbotax. Paying a $39 fee to use your own refund to pay to file? Was also forced to upgrade to a pricier version even though it wasn't necessary and I didn't need or use any of the "extras" in this pricier version.

I feel like when it's time to do my taxes, it's a hassle for me but then remember there are people who are out there who do this for a living. Thank you turbo tax for helping me all these years. It's like its customized for me and I do not have an overload of information thrown at me.
