Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Every year this gets worse and worse. I was on the phone for near 2 hours and lost a ton of data for a programming error on the side of turbotax. The customer service rep. continuously had me opening and closing tabs within turbotax website to search for solutions. I don't feel like I should be the one searching for the correct tabs for the person who is supposed to guide me through the correct tabs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was not up to standard this year I tried three times to file my return electronically and was rejected by the IRS each time. I finally had to send it in by mail. The issue was in the deduction for charitable contributions. I followed Turbo Taxes instructions for correcting this each time I electronically filed. I have used this software for years and have never had a problem, After this experience I will look at other software options.
