Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too Damnn much the product is simple and seems very easy enough to use. However the fee's associated with this is crazy! i had to pay just to pay. got charged a fee to use my refund to pay for your service !!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Live Expert Help is Great! The last expert that I dealt with Mike was fantastic. In the beginning I wanted Turbo Tax Expert to do my taxes for me but nobody was able to do it. With the help of Mike and other experts I spoke with we were able to get it done and I'm grateful.

I have difficulty focusing and understanding what im reading, my expert was perfect!! she was sp patient and just overall amazing!!
