These errors were unrelated to the topic I was seeking more help with. I did send 2 messages via Messenger. The first person was helpful, the second was not.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Seems to be getting worse! Gets harder to use each year and more expensive. Used to follow the tax forms pretty close so I could refer to the forms for questions and details. Now I have no idea where we are and what is happening. I have a simple tax return and this year the numbers have changed completely from last year and I have NO idea why! I'm going to be looking for an alternative next year.
