I found no way to state that I did not want to be charged the $59.00 fee for state and then again for Federal. Feel that your site is not transparent otherwise I could have changed that.. In the beginning I DID choose the file for free selection but then I still get charged. My income was not much, I could use the funds more than you

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Could nott help me delete a form that kept me fro See above. Then I had to start a new return. Then you charged me again for the VA State filing. I want the $25 back for the second time I had to file due to your errors. Not a good way to run a business.

The interest/dividends sections did not allow me to update last years entries with this years data, consequently I needed to delete last years data & re-enter the entire entry this years - not a big deal but a took me a few minutes to reconcile.
