Thank God the call went through without having to wait forever.She helped me two documents I had trouble with. The purchase price of Turbo Tax was fair and will continue to use the system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is magnificent.. I have been using Turbo Tax for many many years. It is very easy to use, and it navigates you through each section at your own pace. If you have questions, the search is very helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product and well supported! My fourth year with TurboTax and it remains a well executed system for self preparing a tax return. This year I purchased the Deluxe version from Amazon and it ended up being a mistake because the license provided was for a Deluxe version while I used the Premium service. Cloe of TurboTax was very helpful in allowing me to revise my order to Deluxe, but now I'll need to go back to Amazon for a credit. Lesson learned: Go directly to TurboTax and don't try to save couple of dollars!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax does the job! I rated Turbo tax a 5. It is probably closer to 4.5 because of the number of times you have to circle back through basic questions, but overall, I still strongly recommend TT!
