Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax questions I was so stumped, but the representative helped calm my nerves. I still think though after the pandemic, we should be able to write off funeral expenses that we couldn't help but spend, putting the family into further financial strain, with no reimbursements at the end of the year. I appreciate her trying to find a way, there was none.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax Form 1116 problems suck Because I have foreign taxes from a mutual fund I have to use form 1116 and carry back and forward an unused credit. For the first time this year I could not e-file because of this turbotax problem. Since I use my refund against next years taxes If I file by mail I may never know if my return was accepted since I did not have to send the IRS a check and did not receive a refund. In order to e-file I had to use my foreign tax as an itemized deduction instead of a tax credit costing me $300. If this problem is not corrected next year I will go to H&R Block whose software will allow you to e-file in the same situation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It didn't fully work It worked great right up to the time I went to file the taxes, then said I had errors. The error was a bug in the software, as I answered "No" to a questions but it wanted me to fill out a box that only applied if you answered "Yes". I couldn't get around this bug. I tried everything I could think of and it never worked.
