Rated 4 out of 5 by from Miserable download process. I will never purchase another desktop download copy of T Tax. I had a previous Intuit account, so per the instructions I tried to log in to enter my download code. However, my pass word had expired and the reset process kept me running in circles. Tech support suggested going through the recovery process, which required me to scam photo ID, but you would not accept my drivers license or my passport. After 3 days of working with tech support, we finally had to establish a new user ID and create a new account. The last tech support person was I worked with was very helpful, stuck with me to the end of the download and start up. Prep and filing process worked great! Please sell me a CD version next year.
