Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and quick I’ve been using TurboTax to efile for over 7 years. It’s been trusted by my family and friends as well. I’m grateful for TurboTax because one year I got an incorrect W2 from a previous employer and Turbo tax was thorough and made sure I understood what my options were and ensured I filed properly to refile my taxes for that year. Every year is a blessing for me to use TurboTax, I encourage those that have questions to seek guidance from the professionals at TurboTax

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Having issues I've used turbo tax for several years but I had issues this year and I am not able to talk to a person and the chat isn't working. Not sure if I want to use the service anymore is I can't talk to a person if I am having a problem
