Rated 3 out of 5 by from Continues to improve, but comes at a high cost Overall really efficient software and process. Makes taxes very intuitive. However, prices have increased drastically vs. prior years (almost 40%) and for this reason decided to downgrade the overall product rating. Although filing has become quite easy, the fees just continue to pile up and it feels like you are constantly being pushed to trade up / upgrade - marketing can be a bit deceptive.

I requested two phone calls for assistance and received both of those within five minutes. When i was providing information for my return, the additional information boxes were very helpful and provided information in a way that I could understand it. I will use Turbo Tax again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hidden and forced fees for "free tax return". Forced the upgrade fee and then charged extra for simply filing both federal and state. The forms themselves were decent but confusing for a number of area specifically regarding the tuition tax refund which I had to go through multiple times. Disappointed especially since I did not get the stimulus package and now I get a penny on my refund. Need to step up services and stop charging extra fees for itemized deductions (ex: school books and materials items). Your commercials are nice but I am a bit disappointed by the service and the dishonest service with hidden and forced fees.
