Rated 1 out of 5 by from It is the most frustrating software I think you need to rebuild your software. It doesn't retain information - last year I could not use it at all and had to switch to TaxAct. Also frustrating but at least I could do it. This year I enter things like my business name and EIN and it doesn't save, then it doesn't get transferred to my state taxes. WHY? Also it's got ads in it *and* way too much repeated crap. How about from the outset you ask me if I want to type it in myself? you don't have my bank. I already know this. But I have to go through 3 pages of confirmations to do it myself. I thought since I was using Quickbooks Self-Employed and had everything categorized it would transfer over. But no, not at all. NOT AT ALL.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good, but sometimes confusing I've been filing with TurboTax for years, first using their software (the good? old days) and now the online app. It is generally very easy to understand and the process flows well, but with the addition of 1099-Ks for eBay sales over $600, I was completely lost and TurboTax didn't offer much help. I had never sold anything on eBay before this year, and don't think I will ever do so again.
